1. Oil stain cleaning When the oil stain on the surface of the parts is thick, it should be scraped off first. Second-hand generator rental cleaning parts method, generally cleaning the surface of the parts oily, the commonly used cleaning fluids include alkaline cleaning fluid and synthetic detergent. When using alkaline cleaning fluid for thermal cleaning, heat to 70~90℃, immerse the parts for 10~15min, then take it out and rinse it with clean water, and then dry it with compressed air.
2. Carbon deposition eradication To eradicate carbon deposition, simple mechanical eradication methods can be used. That is, metal brushes or scrapers are used for removal, but this method is not easy to remove the carbon deposits and clean, and it is easy to damage the appearance of the parts. Use chemical methods to remove carbon deposits, that is, first use a decarbonizer (chemical solution) to heat to 80~90℃ to swell and soften the carbon deposits on the parts, and then remove them with a brush.
Third, the eradication of scale The generator cleaning generally chooses the chemical eradication method. The chemical solution for eradicating scale is added to the coolant. After the engine has been working for a certain period of time, the coolant should be replaced. Commonly used chemical solutions for removing scale include: caustic soda solution or hydrochloric acid solution, sodium fluoride hydrochloric acid descaling agent and phosphoric acid descaling agent. Phosphoric acid descaling agent is suitable for removing scale on aluminum alloy parts.
In order to ensure the stability of the parallel operation of diesel generator sets, droop control is often used, that is, P/f droop control and Q/V droop control are used to obtain stable frequency and voltage. This control method affects the active power output by each unit. Separate control from the reactive power, without the need for communication and harmony between the units, complete the reciprocal control between the units, and ensure the balance of supply and demand and frequency stability of the diesel generator set parallel system.
